What are the delivery charges for orders from We're Never Going Home's Store?
When you place an order online we’ll gather the items for you and have it delivered to your address. The fees include shipping & handling cost, insurance and taxes.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Pick a card, almost any card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a debit card with a major credit card logo. PayPal is also an accepted payment method.
How long will delivery take?
All items are made to order and are shipped out 3 to 5 days after the purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. Please click the link in your confirmation email to visit your personalized tracking page for more information on the status of your order.
Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer – up to 8 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?
Each item is made to order meaning we start the creation process once you make the purchase.
ORDER -> PRINT or EMBROIDER -> SHIP
This process will take 3-5 days to complete. Then we ship to the address you entered on the checkout page.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You can see the exact status of your order in production and also check on the tracking status of your order once it has shipped on your personal order tracking page. To access it, click on the link in your confirmation email.
What happens if my item is damaged after washing?
We’re Never Going Home is not responsible for damage incurred by washing or natural wear and tear. We strongly suggest following the care instructions found on the inside label of the item.
To best preserve the quality of your We’re Never Going Home apparel, we recommend washing it on a cold cycle, inside out, and without tumble drying. By saving energy and protecting the environment, you can give your garments the longest life possible.
